Java Full Stack Architect

About the role

Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability. Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options
• Develop integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions
• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases
• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

Requirements

The role demands strong proficiency in Fullstack engineering including Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, Microservices, testing frameworks (Jasmine/ Karma), CI/CD pipelines, MongoDB, SQL and Azure cloud.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Demonstrates the ability to provide technical oversight across multiple POD teams, ensuring consistency in technical standards and leveraging the expertise of senior team members to achieve project outcomes
• Articulate solution approach to both business & IT stakeholders at low/mid/senior levels, from concept phase through build and deployment to support phase, gain their confidence
• Work closely with client stake holders including engineering leads, Product team & solution architects etc.
• Possesses the ability to think strategically about software systems, designing solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and align with business needs
• Finance (trading, investing, clearing, reporting, servicing, wealth data) domain knowledge is must
• Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements
• Application and development of standards and policies - both technical and methodology
• Experience to work in a Global delivery environment
• Experience in Cloud based development platforms and end to end integration
• Familiarity with agile development processes and methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
