Job Summary
Java Backend Developer focused on building high-performance backend systems with a strong emphasis on API development and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will also bring deep expertise in MongoDB and Kafka.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement Kafka as Event Driven Technology
- Drive backend acceleration strategies, including asynchronous processing and query optimization.
- Good Experience on MongoDB
- Good Experience on Agile Methodology
- Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of backend development experience with Java.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
- Proven expertise in API design, development, and documentation.
- Good Experience on Kafka, MongoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good to have AWS Knowledge
Pay & Benefits
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 to $104364.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
