Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java + Angular) to design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full stack. This role involves working with Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive/WebFlux, and modern database technologies. You'll collaborate across teams, mentor junior engineers, and help ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant software solutions.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Design, build, test, deploy, release, and support regulated SaaS-based solutions.
• Deliver innovative full-stack features that solve real customer needs.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and improve engineering processes.
• Advocate for and implement automation wherever possible.
• Participate in all phases of the solution lifecycle with business and technology teams.
• Perform code reviews, validation, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Understand business processes and drive user-focused technical solutions.

Required Experience/Skills

• 5+ years in SaaS or FDA-regulated environments.
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, SQL.
• Experience with Angular, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive/WebFlux, Postgres, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, Kafka.
• Familiar with Domain Driven Design, Event Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming.
• Agile team experience in a remote work setting.
• Proficient with tools like Jira, GitLab, and release management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in regulated environments and formal documentation practices.
• Familiar with Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with Amazon Q or other AI tools in engineering workflows.
• Background in biomedical, healthcare, blood, or other regulated industries.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay & Benefits Summary

Base Salary Range: $94,412 - $148,363 Actual pay will be determined based on experience, location, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
