Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot backend applications.
- Design and develop microservices and REST APIs.
- Follow architecture, coding standards, and backend development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Contribute to system design, performance optimization, and application scalability.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of strong Java backend development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and relational databases.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
