Java Architect w/ Oracle ADF

About the role

Staff augmentation providing application development, enhancement, support, ongoing maintenance, mentoring and architecting expertise in an Oracle Java application environment and related Secure Software Development Lifecycle efforts and projects.

Responsibilities

• Designing, creating, maintaining and troubleshooting all aspects of Java web applications including integration with LDAP/OID and using VPD, PL/SQL packages, views and triggers
• Developing web applications using Oracle JDeveloper 9i, 10g and higher, configuring BC components/data source and ADF security for web applications
• Training and mentoring technical/programming staff (training, demonstrations multi staff and individual mentoring sessions)
• Developing secure Java applications for applications that collect highly sensitive health information
• Writing complex SQL or PL/SQL packages, procedures and functions
• Designing, developing and maintaining web services in a WebLogic Server platform

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 84 Months experience as technical architect designing, managing, and developing Oracle Java (J2EE) web applications, using middle ware components ADF, SOA/BPM and support applications ADF 10g/higher.
• 84 Months experience as a lead Java web developer with direct participation designing, creating, maintaining and troubleshooting all aspects of Java web applications including integration with LDAP/OID and using VPD, PL/SQL packages, views and triggers
• 60 Months experience training and mentoring technical/programming staff (training, demonstrations multi staff and individual mentoring sessions)
• 60 Months experience with Oracle ADF and integration with Oracle BPM process flow applications
• 60 Months experience with all phases of systems development life cycle
• 48 Months experience writing complex SQL or PL/SQL packages, procedures and functions
• 48 Months experience developing secure Java applications for applications that collect highly sensitive health information

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
