Java Algorithmic Trading Developer

Pay rate is $70 to $75 per hour.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing algorithmic trading systems for equity markets
• Strong hands-on Java development experience with a focus on building, enhancing, and supporting trading applications
• Ability to collaborate effectively within highly technical, team-oriented environments
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple departments, geographic regions, and international locations
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects toward successful completion
• Excellent organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet critical deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on developing reliable, high-performance trading solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
