About the role

Design and develop innovative software solutions that leverage Java and AI technologies to support the technology needs of the financial-services industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Java and AI technologies to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and optimize software solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of software systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in software applications and provide timely solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Java and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Core Java tech stack: Java, Spring Framework, JDBC/JPA (Hibernate), SQL, IBM DB2/Oracle, IBM MQ/JMS messaging, multithreading, XML/JSON processing, JUnit/TestNG, secure coding, and enterprise application development in distributed systems environments.
• Professional experience using AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled applications.
• Python, Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
