Role Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with the customer's team to provide high-quality input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes.
  • Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences.
  • Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, contributing expert insights on best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information.
  • Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices.

Requirements

  • Have native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and hands-on experience with marketing documentation.
  • Have experience in a Fortune 500 company or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with expertise in creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness.
