Role Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with the customer's team to provide high-quality input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes.
- Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences.
- Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, contributing expert insights on best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information.
- Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices.
Requirements
- Have native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and hands-on experience with marketing documentation.
- Have experience in a Fortune 500 company or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with expertise in creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Exhibit attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness.
