Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → pitch → pricing → negotiation → closing
- Continuously improve sales processes
- Collaborate with Operations to deliver high-quality service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is preferred
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Experience with logistics software (TMS, OMS, WMS) is a plus
