Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → pitch → pricing → negotiation → closing
  • Continuously improve sales processes
  • Collaborate with Operations to deliver high-quality service

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is preferred
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency
  • Experience with logistics software (TMS, OMS, WMS) is a plus
