Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex, task‑oriented cleaning operations environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, timely, and accurately to all escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, break rooms, and other work areas as needed.
• Follow the cleaning supervisor task process flowchart.
• Support call‑offs by working directly or splitting shifts between the team and leading the shift to successfully cover daily operations schedules.
• Provide feedback on ongoing activities and commit to implementing timely escalation reporting procedures to the IFS management team.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer‑service oriented with a friendly, positive attitude; ability to motivate team members and support client requests in an orderly, timely manner.
• Must successfully pass IFS background check and drug test.
