Janitorial Team Lead - Evening Shift, Part Time

What You’ll Be Doing

• Aid the janitorial staff with their work assignments.
• Maintain adherence to established cleaning standards.
• Model exemplary cleaning practices and employee relations.
• Tally and report on cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train and guide the janitorial staff.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as necessary.
• Perform all janitorial duties.

Janitorial Team Lead Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the janitorial field.
• Preferred previous experience as a janitorial lead.
• Knowledgeable in various cleaning techniques.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
