Janitorial Supervisor - Dayshift (Supervisor)

Responsibilities

• Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints promptly.
• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members.
• Perform and/or arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence.
• Take disciplinary action and provide retraining of employees when necessary.
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure specifications are being met.
• Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary.
• Complete work tickets.
• Send reports to the Area Manager.
• Recommend special project work when needed.
• Complete ongoing education to gain competency in the position.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites in Columbus, Heath, Westerville, Hilliard, Obetz, and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug tests and background checks.
• Weekend availability on an on‑call basis; schedule may be adjusted for weekend hours.
• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services.

Pay

$22.00 per hour.

Schedule

30–40 hours weekly, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. First shift with weekend on‑call availability as needed.
