About the role
The Night Supervisor provides coaching and supervision to assigned accounts to ensure quality standards, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide the training, coaching, and support to cleaning specialists
- Ensure work performed meets customer quality standards
- Provide fill-in services where needed (cover where someone is out sick or on vacation)
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment needs for assigned accounts
- Deliver needed items to buildings as needed
Requirements
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to walk, stand, and lift for the majority of the shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Pay
$20.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time
5:30 pm – 2:00 am
