Janitorial Subcontractor - Livingston, AL - Part Time Evening Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness following our scope of work
• Manage floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing surfaces
• Handle custodial duties such as waste disposal and restroom sanitation
• Collaborate with facility management and our office to address janitorial needs and ensure a safe environment
• Utilize appropriate commercial cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

• To qualify you MUST have the following:
• LLC-Incorporation papers
• BWC-Bureau of workers compensation
• Your own cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Reliable Transportation
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Additional Requirements

• Demonstrated good customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with the public
• A positive attitude and a strong, reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
