We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Touchstone Climbing owns and operates 18 climbing gyms across California. But we're more than gyms -- We're a community. In addition to competitive pay, outstanding benefits, free gym membership, and other perks, joining our team connects you with all we have going on in our dynamic community. This job is responsible for performing general-purpose cleaning and restocking of materials of assigned areas inside a gym. By fulfilling your role as a janitorial staff, you contribute to creating a positive and comfortable environment that enhances the overall gym experience for members, encouraging their ongoing commitment to a healthy lifestyle. - Schedule: The schedule for this role will predominately be graveyard shifts over night. - What You'll Do: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We need to put under Responsibilities (or maybe "What You'll Do"). - Job Skills And Qualifications: list of abilities. - Physical Requirements: list. - Travel: Traveling to various work locations/sites may be required. - Compensation: Starting Pay is $23 per hour. Janitorial Staff individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to; facility location and type, membership volume, experience, and job/position tenure. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Location: Verdigo Boulders 266 E Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502 (maybe include as metadata in a short

). We need sections: About the role (maybe intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe combine Job Skills And Qualifications and Physical Requirements? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. We have: - About the role: intro paragraph describing job, community, etc. - Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do" list. - Requirements: maybe physical requirements? Or maybe "Job Skills And Qualifications" could be Skills. The headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to allocate content appropriately without inventing. We have "Job Skills And Qualifications" list. That could go under Skills (or Qualifications). We also have "Physical Requirements". That could go under Requirements. We also have Travel note. We have Compensation (Pay) and Benefits. We have Schedule. We have Location. We need to avoid filler sections like "Pay" if not specified; but we have pay specified: Starting Pay is $23 per hour. So include Pay section. Schedule: we have graveyard shifts overnight. So include Schedule. Benefits: we have detailed benefits. Include Benefits. Now, we need to decide what goes under Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. We have: - Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds and solutions. - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including the use of cleaning agents and equipment. - Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols related to cleaning and maintenance tasks. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Effective communication skills to interact with gym members and staff in a friendly and professional manner. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous cleanliness of the facility. These are skills/qualifications. Could be placed under Skills. Physical Requirements: - Ability to push minimum 30 pounds (various equipment) and the ability to lift minimum 30 pounds (trash and supplies). - Ability to go up and down stairs. - Work in various adverse conditions such as tight or enclosed spaces, heights, and temperature extremes, indoors or outdoors to complete work assignments. - Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, walking, etc., as job may require. - Noise level, which may, at times, require normal hearing protection in the form of ear plugs. - Travel Traveling to various work locations/ sites may be required. These could go under Requirements (or maybe Qualifications). Since we have separate Requirements and Qualifications headings, we could put physical requirements under Requirements, and the skills list under Skills (or Qualifications). But we also have a Qualifications heading; maybe we can put the skills list under Qualifications, and the physical requirements under Requirements. Skills heading maybe not needed if we already have Qualifications. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine: maybe only Requirements (including physical) and Skills (including abilities). But we have three headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could decide to use only Requirements and Skills, and omit Qualifications if no distinct content. But we must not create a heading with filler. So we should only include sections that have real content. If we don't have distinct content for Qualifications, we omit it. Thus we can have: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (physical requirements + maybe travel) - Skills (job skills and qualifications) - Benefits - Pay - Schedule We could also include Location as a short p after sections, not as a heading. Now we need to format lists: Use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. Thus: maybe not required; just output HTML fragment with headings and content. We'll output something like:
