Janitorial Services Supervisor (Multi-Facility)

About the role

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Goal Cleaning LLC, you will supervise cleaning teams across multiple facilities, train staff in infection-control procedures, monitor workflows, conduct regular inspections, adjust schedules, build strong relationships with clients and facility managers, mentor staff, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams across multiple facilities
• Train staff in infection-control procedures, terminal cleaning, and proper disinfection
• Maintain compliance with company and industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections and report findings to management
• Adjust schedules and provide coverage when needed
• Build strong relationships with clients and facility managers
• Mentor staff and support performance improvement
• Adapt to changing workloads and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements

• Prior healthcare or EVS cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Experience with infection control and terminal‑cleaning procedures
• PATCH, FBI Fingerprints, Child Abuse Clearance
• Current TB test and flu shot
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel between sites; reliable transportation
• Bilingual a plus

Compensation

$45,000 – $55,000 PER YEAR + PERFORMANCE BONUS + TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
