Janitorial Project Technician (Project Tech)

Responsibilities

• Assists District Manager in Special Projects
• Fogging Disinfection Service
• Window Cleaning
• Carpet Cleaning
• Stripping & Waxing
• Construction Cleanups
• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings throughout Northeast Ohio
• Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Empties trash, and replaces liners.
• Assists General Manager in covering call offs.
• Assists Office Manager with laundry.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay

Pay starts at $19.00 per hour, plus mileage and travel time reimbursement.

Schedule

Full‑time position, 30‑40 hours per week; evening, weekend, 2nd shift, 3rd shift work required.
