What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive to, and support, multiple client locations.
  • Efficiently work throughout your entire shift (Training, checking buildings, delivering supplies, cleaning buildings, building inspections).
  • Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
  • Train, coach, and develop new hires and existing team members.
  • Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Track inventory and order supplies to ensure that employees have supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
  • Encourage workplace safety to eliminate accidents with people and property.
  • Capture opportunities for additional work.
  • (Carpet cleaning, floor work, maintenance items, etc.)
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.

Janitorial Lead Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of lead/supervisor experience.
  • Cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
  • Personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • Driving to, and supporting, multiple locations.
  • Responsible and punctual.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Looking for a career or long-term position.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Seen at least 1 sci-fi movie.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify.
