Janitorial / Maintenance Associate

ScienCell Research Laboratories is a biotechnology company focused on the research and development of cell and cell-related products for experimental and therapeutic use.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects; able to lift 50+ lbs
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organization skills and a positive attitude
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply room
• Serve as point of contact for all janitorial duties
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and custodial equipment
• Maintain a sanitary and tidy working environment in both lab and office
• Adhere to all safety rules, requirements, policies, and procedures
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Work independently with integrity
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain excellent attendance
