Janitorial Lead

Position Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (25-35 hours per week) with Rotating weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $15 - $18 per hour (paid weekly)
Location: Ladson and Charleston, SC
Benefits: Mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO

Key Responsibilities

• Train and support new employees during onboarding.
• Monitor and inspect work throughout and after shifts to ensure quality.
• Complete and submit incident reports when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with the lead supervisor regarding daily operations.
• Address inspections or work orders received via email from customers.
• Perform dusting and other janitorial tasks within assigned facilities.
• Cover shifts for absent employees while managing supervisory duties.
• Confirm task completion with the lead supervisor to ensure the operations manager can update tasks in Cleantelligent.
• Log all supplies and inventory using the designated tracking system.

Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Be able to travel to Ladson and Charleston areas
• Must complete the E-Verify process
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to lift/carry 25lbs and perform repetitive push pull motions for cleaning with out assistance.
• Must be at least 21 years old
