About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is the largest private provider of facility services in North America, servicing over 180 million square feet daily across retail, industry/logistics, health, education, manufacturing and more. Responsibilities

• Perform work according to standard procedures and the building’s operational schedule.
• Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelving and products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and monitoring as needed).
• Complete sweep logs as instructed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely and properly.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move containers up to 49 lb.
• Frequent walking within and around the facility; must be able to stand and walk up to 10–12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe chemical handling documents (generally in English; Spanish where state requires).
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Download and use the KBSPresence mobile time‑keeping app on a personal device to clock in/out of shifts and breaks; eligible for cell‑phone‑use reimbursement per local law.

Pay

Starting pay: $17.0 per hour.

Schedule

Available shifts: 1 PM – 9 PM, Sunday through Saturday.
