About the Role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking dedicated and reliable team members to join our cleaning services team. We are the largest privately held provider of facility services in North America, maintaining over 180 million square feet of space daily across retail, industrial, logistics, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more.

Shift Available

• Sunday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to standard procedure and the building's operational schedule
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, and windows
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms (including cleaning and restocking as needed)
• Complete sweep logs as instructed
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely and properly
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move containers up to 49 pounds
• Walk within and around the facility with high frequency throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 to 12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe chemical handling sheets/documents (generally in English; may have Spanish where state requires)
• Background check and drug test required

Additional Information

KBS uses KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software to accurately record employee work hours, manage attendance, complete required training, and distribute important job information. All non-exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out of shifts and breaks. Reimbursement for cell phone use is offered in accordance with applicable local law.
