Responsibilities

• Perform work according to standard procedure and the building’s operational schedule.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Frequent walking throughout the facility during the entire shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling guides for chemicals and other materials (generally in English; may be available in Spanish where state required).

KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software; all non-exempt employees must download and use the app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for shifts and breaks. Cell phone reimbursement is provided where applicable by local law.
