What You’ll Be Doing

• Cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting, polishing, and other assigned items/areas.
• Moving furniture, vacuuming, repositioning furniture, emptying trash and replacing liners.
• Checking all trash containers prior to moving them.
• Cleaning includes dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass.
• Restocking carts and closets at the end of each shift.
• Performing additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in office cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work assigned hours.
• Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and ability to handle varying workloads.
• Physical capability to perform the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
