About the role

We are seeking a Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and support a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum production and office areas
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces throughout the facility
• Maintain and sanitize restrooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Clean mirrors, windows, and common areas
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Perform basic facility maintenance, including changing light bulbs and reporting repair needs
• Support a safe and professional work environment for all employees

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
