Janitorial Associate (60046)

Monday-Friday 1:30pm -10pm

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
• Dust and clean surfaces, including desks, windows, and furniture
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Clean cafeteria equipment before and after breakfast and lunch rush
• Organize tables and chairs in cafeteria at day’s end
• Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
• Spot cleaning of door and window glass
• Understand inventory levels and replenishment needs
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Services Manager
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for events and meetings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years previous experience in commercial janitorial work required
• Must complete OSHA required training for custodians upon hire

Pay

Competitive base pay, annual bonus opportunities, and for certain roles, additional monthly and/or quarterly incentive compensation. The posted salary range represents the full range grade for this role, with individual pay based on job-related skills, experience, shift, and geographic location.
