Janitor with Security Clearance

About the role

The Janitor will provide support to the Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DBNRRC) by providing various cleaning services to include but not be limited to floor care, dusting, restroom services, window and glass cleaning, and garbage/recyclable removal.

Responsibilities

• Follow all rules and regulations relative to entering and leaving the building
• Be physically able to do assigned work
• Follow all security, safety rules and regulations
• Trash Collection, Recycling and Removal
• Non-Carpet Floor Maintenance
• Buff all non-carpeted floors
• Additional Floor Requirements
• Carpeted Floor Maintenance
• Restroom Maintenance
• Miscellaneous Cleaning
• Windows, Doors and Walls
• Dusting
• Drinking Fountains and Sinks
• Floormats
• Ceilings
• Outside Entrances
• Lunch Room, Kitchen, and Small Conference Room

Qualifications

Must be able to utilize cleaning products, chemicals, vacuums, mops, wringers, dust tools, and floor machines.
