Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for clients' facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, sanitizing, trash disposal, etc.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Open/lock facilities and operate building alarms/security systems

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience preferred; willing to train a reliable candidate with good communication and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, push, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach overhead and forward (up to 100% of time)
• Ability to lift and/or carry 25 lbs
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized, and detailed manner
• Ability to adhere to a pre-set time budget for each assigned project
• Ability to work with little to no supervision

Pay

Compensation: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
