Performances

• Loading and unloading into buses and company vans.
• Climbing/Sweeping/Mopping of stairs.
• Working with industrial strength chemicals.
• Bending to empty and re-line trash receptacles.
• Lifting and carrying multiple large bags of trash to dumpster.
• Lifting boxes of supplies (i.e. Toilet paper, paper towels).
• Sweeping and mopping large areas.
• Vacuuming large, carpeted areas.
• Lifting mop bucket with water and cleaner inside.
• Dusting areas as needed.
• Bending to clean toilets.
• Bending to get supplies from cabinet under sinks.
• Cleaning counter tops and tables.
• Cleaning microwaves and coffee bars.
• Dusting and cleaning water coolers.
• Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.
• Cleaning walls and doors.
• Cleaning smoking areas as requested by building managers.
• Lifting items 50 lbs or less.
• Moving of chairs and tables.
• Pushing/Pulling Janitorial cart.
• Creating weekend schedules and managing a team of janitors.

Requirements

• Must have steel toe boots with defined heel.
• Must have Driver's License.
• Must have a TWIC Card.
• Must pass a DISA Background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
