Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of all areas of the site facilities.
• Perform janitorial tasks to maintain sanitary conditions including floor buffing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, and wall/window/bathroom/furniture cleaning.
• Maintain the grounds of the ROTHR facilities, including cutting grass, trimming hedges, edging, pruning shrubs, planting grass, spreading fertilizer, and application of pesticides.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned and required.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued DoD Secret security clearance; active and existing clearance required after day 1.
• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
• Minimum of six months combined practical grounds maintenance and janitorial experience.
• Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions outlined in written procedures with little supervision.
• If employed more than 12 months, must be able to qualify as a Registered Technician for State Certified Pesticide Applicator.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record to obtain authorization to drive company vehicles.
• Subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Current Registered State Pesticide Applicator.
• Previous or active Secret security clearance.

Pay

Set (non‑negotiable) hourly rate: $17.75/hour.

Health & Welfare benefit (Service Contract Act): $6.00/hour, paid in addition to the base hourly wage.
