Janitor/Custodian

About the role

Seeking experienced cleaners to perform commercial cleaning tasks in the Columbia area. The role involves cleaning surfaces, public areas, floors, restrooms, windows, and furniture, as well as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and operating cleaning equipment. The position may require using mobile applications for quality assurance and timekeeping. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with pay varying by site.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and polishing surfaces, floors, and fixtures
• Removing trash and waste
• Replenishing bathroom supplies
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning
• Transporting equipment and waste
• Ensuring safety and security protocols

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 6 months cleaning experience
• Dependability, punctuality, and adherence to safety procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to management
• Flexibility to work full or part-time
• Ability to use personal mobile devices for work applications

Work Environment
