Responsibilities

The Cleaner will perform general cleaning and upkeep for a large commercial building and public facilities area. Key responsibilities include:

• Sweep and mop pantry area
• Dusting all surfaces
• Vacuum all sections
• Clean all items in sink
• Wipe and clean sink
• Remove all trash from all bins and take to designated trash removal area
• Front door entry doors will be marked and fingerprint free nightly
• Remove all food from counter area nightly and clean
• Clean hallways, restrooms, offices, elevators, stairways, and windows
• Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the job
• Ability to use phone app for report completion of each location
• Must be age 18 or over
• Must have 2 valid forms of ID. One must have a photo
• Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions are also required
• Ability to speak and read English
