The Janitor position at Trillium Woods in Plymouth, MN is part of a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to residents.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of common areas
• Picks up and removes trash and recycle from the Community
• Maintains floors and carpets within the Community
• Banquet and event set up
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• A high school education or equivalent required
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively
• Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Available seven (7) days per week for work schedule

Pay

Pay range is $19 - $21 per hour.

Schedule

Work schedule is 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, seven (7) days per week.
