Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility according to health and safety standards.
• Inspect the facility and grounds daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct weekly inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain proper handling of chemicals/hazardous materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Attend safety awareness training.
• Make basic minor repairs.
• Take care of trees, shrubs, and lawns.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
• Experience in the use of industrial machinery and knowledge of common janitorial practices and procedures is preferred.
• You must be in good physical condition.
• You must be at least 21 years old.
