Janitor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to keep at least two buildings clean and in an orderly manner
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and move freely without restriction

Responsibilities

• Keep assigned area dusted, vacuumed, and trash emptied, including windowsill and blinds
• Do not bother anything or clean employee desktops
• Do not clean or bother any computers
• Wash windows inside on a periodic schedule
• Outside windows will be professionally cleaned
• Clean and sanitize all bathrooms daily
• Keep paper towels and toilet tissue stocked
• Mop and sweep tile floors daily
• Clean air vents on an as needed basis
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and treat any spots on the carpet
• Keep the parking lots clear of paper and debris
• Report any problem that should require knowledge of specific training to repair or correct to Immediate Supervisor
• Absorb and complete any other job duties that might be assigned

Benefits
