Janitor Associate

About the role

The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the apartments/facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas
• Conduct floor care maintenance, including buffing, waxing, and polishing
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs
• Execute home and commercial cleaning tasks as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Follow safety protocols to minimize accidents and damage to yourself, flooring, furniture, and equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Pass background check
• Experience in cleaning or janitorial work
• Proficiency in buffing, floor care, and industrial cleaning techniques
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
