Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures including sinks, urinals and toilets;
- Wash windows, mirrors and walls;
- Clean and sanitize showers as assigned;
- Replenish supplies in the restrooms;
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors;
- Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment;
- Clean desks and counter tops;
- Empty, clean and sanitize waste receptacles;
- Pick up papers and other debris;
- Move and arrange furniture and equipment and set up rooms for conferences and meetings;
- Replace lights and adjust shades and blinds;
- Regulate ventilation and temperature; clean air vents as required.
Qualifications
- Required Education: HS Diploma/GED;
- No Required Licenses/Certifications;
- Minimum of one year experience in a custodial role.

Work Environment
This job operates in an indoor office environment. This role routinely uses standard cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, wax, polish, cleaning solutions, etc.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; use tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
