Job Summary
The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for a Jailor in the Police Department. The incumbent performs duties involving the booking, care and release of prisoners, both adults and juveniles, and is responsible for the maintenance and security of the jail.
Requirements
- H.S. grad. or GED required
- Must obtain yearly certification in CPR, First Aid, Jail school and Livescan & Intoxilyzer certification
- Must possess valid OK. driver license & be insurable
- This position is designated as safety/security sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion and random drug and alcohol screening
Benefits
Starting Salary: $21.5855/hr. w/benefits
