About the role

The Murray County Sheriff's Office is seeking a Jailer to maintain security at the jail facility. The position involves performing all inmate booking functions and other related duties.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Knowledge of law enforcement and corrections processes
• First aid and CPR certifications
• Record keeping skills
• Interpersonal communications skills
• Use of physical restraint methods and equipment
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
