Responsibilities
- Screens candidates based on qualifications and experience
- Coordinates interviews with candidates and employers
- Communicates with employers regarding candidate progress and job openings
- Manages applicant tracking systems and databases
- Prepares reports and updates job listings as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
