About the role

A Traditional American Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Traverse City, MI. We are a family-friendly restaurant located at 1083 W South Airport Rd, Traverse City, MI 49686.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Support the management team with special events and catering
• Follow food safety guidelines and adhere to health department regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
