Job Responsibilities

• Passionately serve customers, ensuring all employees meet and exceed customer expectations and fostering a customer-focused culture.
• Identify opportunities to attract and retain advisors, improve advisor performance, and implement talent and performance strategies.
• Collaborate with partners from Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide integrated solutions and expertise to customers.
• Lead the team in using technology to meet current and future customer needs, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
• Create a culture of risk and control, ensuring adherence to risk and control standards.
• Take initiative to identify and implement solutions, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and urgency.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• At least 5 years of advisor management experience with a proven track record of developing and coaching high-performing advisor teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• A valid and active FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent).
• A valid and active FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit, source, and attract internal and external advisor talent through networking and building personal relationships.
• Strong investment services and product acumen, with a keen interest in the financial markets.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
• A strong commitment to upholding a sound risk and control environment.
