Responsibilities

• Support Advisors in managing the book of business, including account opening, money movement, and investment trades.
• Aid Advisors in building and maintaining client relationships by processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date information.
• Avoidance of risk management procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, account reviews, and inquiries.
• Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements, such as completing required operational forms and documentation.
• Prioritize daily tasks, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Maintain and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within a 120-day condition of employment. If registered after October 1, 2018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is also required. A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.

Skills

Knowledge of investment and insurance products, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
