Responsibilities

• Support advisors in managing the book of business, including account opening, money movement, and investment trades.
• Aid advisors in building and maintaining client relationships by processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date information.
• Aid advisors in conducting account reviews and promoting firm services to deepen client relationships.
• Participate in risk management procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, account reviews, and inquiries.
• Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements, such as completing required operational forms and documentation.
• Prioritize daily tasks, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Foster and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements

A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within 120 days of employment. If registered after October 1, 2018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is also required. A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Pay

Base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation may also be awarded.
