Responsibilities

  • Champion and support team members' success and foster a diverse culture
  • Build and manage a book of business by offering personalized investment solutions
  • Provide holistic financial coaching beyond investments
  • Embrace digital innovations to enhance client engagement

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship building, and integration with key partners
  • Proven ability and commitment to goals-based planning and advice
  • Valid and active Series 7, Series 66 (63/65), Life, Health, and Long Term Care Insurance licenses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification
  • Bachelor's degree
