Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent
- Proven success in client acquisition, relationship building, and partnership integration
- Experience with goals-based planning and advice
- A valid and active Series 7A, Series 66 (63/65), and Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification
- Bachelor's degree
