Responsibilities
- Support and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion among team members

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship building, and partnership integration
- Proven ability to provide goals-based financial planning and advice
- A valid and active Series 7, Series 66 (63/65), and Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification
- Bachelor's degree
