Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience
• Proven success in client acquisition, relationship building, and partnership integration
• Strong background in goals-based planning and advice
• A valid and active Series 7A, Series 66 (63/65), and Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification
• Bachelor's degree
