Job Responsibilities

  • Champion and support team members' success and foster a diverse culture
  • Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions
  • Support clients with comprehensive financial planning and advice
  • Offer advised solutions and Chase partner referrals to deepen client relationships
  • Provide holistic views of clients' needs and financial coaching beyond investments
  • Embrace digital innovations to enhance clients' investment experiences

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship building, and integration with key partners
  • Proven ability and commitment to goals-based planning and advice
  • A valid and active Series 7A, Series 66 (63/65), and Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Preferred: Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) certification
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
