Job Responsibilities
- Champion and support team members' success and foster a diverse culture
- Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions
- Support clients with comprehensive financial planning and advice
- Offer advised solutions and Chase partner referrals to deepen client relationships
- Provide holistic views of clients' needs and financial coaching beyond investments
- Embrace digital innovations to enhance clients' investment experiences
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship building, and integration with key partners
- Proven ability and commitment to goals-based planning and advice
- A valid and active Series 7A, Series 66 (63/65), and Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Preferred: Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) certification
- Bachelor's degree preferred
