Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship building, and integration with key partners
• Proven ability and commitment to providing goals-based planning and advice
• A valid and active Series 7A, Series 66 (63/65), Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Preferred Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) certification
• Bachelor's degree preferred
